1. Business Overview

Good Life ＜3796＞ is an enterprise that supports DX for real estate companies and focuses on solving issues in real estate transactions. The company's purpose is to accelerate the real estate business of its customers, and to that end, it plans, develops, and markets IT tools in-house. As for the content of the service, in addition to planning and development of new services, marketing, sales, and consulting activities, it also covers a wide range of systems introduction support, operation, and customer support. The company provides a system aimed at improving productivity as SaaS, and solves various problems faced by real estate companies through a business support system that integrates solutions such as property information databases, customer management, communication, HP construction, electronic contracts, and payments. With this integrated business support system, customers can perform daily operations more efficiently and smoothly. In 2022/2, a business alliance was formed with (one company) the National Rental Real Estate Management Association (Whole Home Management), and it is provided as one of the recommended systems for all home management members.

2. HISTORY

It was established in 2000/1 for the purpose of providing system applications using the cloud, based on the idea that an environment where real estate agents can focus on their original work can be created by providing a system using the internet rather than using individual systems. Operation of a comprehensive lifestyle site began in 2000/8 to accumulate know-how to provide cloud services, and in 2006/2, stocks were listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange (hereafter, Tokyo Stock Exchange) Mothers.

System applications using ASP (application service provider: operator that provides software and software operating environments via the Internet) have been provided since the beginning of establishment. First, a real estate (leasing/distribution) property information management database system was released, and certification for “ISO/IEC 27001,” which is an international standard standard for information security management systems, was obtained. From 2012/4, we began providing “ES Good Property One,” which covers the entire basic business area of real estate companies with unique cloud services and various options in one package, and in 2016/8, the market was changed to the 2nd section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, and in 2018/9, Realtech Consulting Co., Ltd., which is the current consolidated subsidiary, was established in Minato-ku, Tokyo. They are also active in developing new services, and have developed and released each service in the business cloud series group and real estate platform group based on a centralized cloud property/customer information database that connects various business areas such as applications for real estate owners, applications for tenants, inter-trader platforms, and digital marketing. In 2021/3, it was certified as a “DX certified operator” as determined by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, and in 2022/4, it transitioned to the Tokyo Stock Exchange standard market in line with the market classification review of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
