The total number of rooms in Hello Storage is 109,658, with 94,309 rooms operational, an occupancy rate of 86.00%, an existing occupancy rate of 91.12%, and a new occupancy rate of 53.58%.
The existing occupancy rate remains over 91%. Although the number of new store rooms is increasing, high occupancy is being maintained. The goal for new stores in 2024 is 10,400 rooms, with a cumulative total of 9,718 rooms by November 2024. In November 2024, there were 28 new openings with 1,014 rooms, and 2 closures with 46 rooms.
