On December 6, Gelonghui reported that Zhejiang Canaan Technology (300412.SZ) announced that its holding subsidiary Yunnan Yida Asia Vets Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yunnan Yida") intends to change its partners through internal property share transfer by the minority shareholder Nanjing Yida Asia Vets Technology Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Nanjing Yida"). After the change, Nanjing Yida is controlled by the company's director Mr. Zhou Zhendao, and Nanjing Yida is a related party of the company. The company's wholly-owned subsidiary Nanjing Canaan Bixun Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Canaan Bixun") and Nanjing Yida jointly establish Yunnan Yida, which constitutes a related joint investment, subject to the relevant provisions of the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM Stock Listing Rules" to perform the approval procedures for related transactions. Canaan Bixun holds 51% equity in Yunnan Yida, while Nanjing Yida holds 49% equity in Yunnan Yida. This change is merely a transfer of internal partner shares and a partner change by the minority shareholder Nanjing Yida of the holding subsidiary Yunnan Yida, and does not directly result in a transaction with the listed company or Canaan Bixun. Canaan Bixun's shareholding ratio in Yunnan Yida remains unchanged and will not alter the consolidation scope of the company.
