Galaxy Today December 6th, Colenbo Bio-B (06990.HK) announced that Ms. Feng Huisen has resigned as (i) the joint company secretary of the company; (ii) authorized representative; and (iii) legal process document agent, effective from January 1, 2025.
Ms. Wong Wai-yee has also resigned as the legal process document agent under Part 16 of the company's regulations, effective from January 1, 2025.
After Ms. Feng's resignation, the Board of Directors is pleased to announce that Mr. Chung Ming-fai has been appointed as the joint company secretary, authorized representative, and the legal process document agent under Part 16 of the company's regulations and Rule 19A.13(2) of the Listing Rules, to fill the vacancy left by Ms. Feng, effective from January 1, 2025. Mr. Zhou Zejian will continue to serve as another joint company secretary.
