Gelonghui Co., Ltd. (000877.SZ) announced that in order to plan the company's carbon management system and enhance carbon trading capabilities, Tianshan Co., Ltd. plans to increase the capital of China Building Materials Green Energy Co., Ltd. (“China Building Materials Green Energy”), a holding subsidiary of Beixin Group Co., Ltd. (“Beixin Group”) by cash (the specific amount is calculated based on the actual exchange rate on the day of remittance). Of this, 17.6471 million dollars is included in the registered capital, and the rest is included in the capital reserve.
Before the capital increase, Beixin Group held 51% of China Building Materials Green Energy's shares, MERCURIA ASIA GROUP HOLDINGS (PTE.) LTD. (“Mocory” for short) holds 49% of China Building Materials Green Energy's shares; after the capital increase is completed, China Building Materials Green Energy's registered capital will increase from 100 million US dollars to 117.6471 million US dollars. The company holds 15% of China Building Materials Green Energy's shares, Beixin Group holds 43.35% of China Building Materials Green Energy's shares, and Mocry holds 41.65% of China Building Materials Green Energy's shares.
