The Chlor-alkali company's wholly-owned subsidiary Anhui Tianchen Chemical Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Tianchen Company") is mainly engaged in the production and sales of PVC paste resin. Its production capacity, production technology, and product quality are at a leading position in the domestic market, making it an important subsidiary of the Chlor-alkali company. To optimize Tianchen Company's capital structure, reduce its operating risks, and promote the development of the resin industry, CNSIG Inner Mongolia Chemical Industry plans to increase investment in Tianchen Company.
