On December 9, according to Gelonghui, china state construction engineering corporation (601668.SH) announced that the company, along with its subsidiaries china construction infrastructure corporation, china construction third engineering bureau group, china construction fifth engineering bureau, and china construction fourth engineering bureau (Xiamen) investment development, formed a consortium and won the bid for the new construction project of the Yiyang to Nanfeng Expressway in jiangxi province (hereinafter referred to as this project).
This project starts from Yiyang County in Shangrao City, jiangxi province, connecting to the Yiyang West interchange of the new Shanghai-Kunming Expressway. It runs south through cities like Yingtan and Guixi, and through six counties including Fuzhou, Zixi, Nancheng, Lichuan, and Nanfeng County, ending about 6 kilometers north of the Nanfeng service area on the Jiguang Expressway. The total length is 177.44 kilometers.
This project will be implemented using the BOT concession model, in which the social capital side will fully establish a project company. The project cooperation period is 32 years and 8 months, with a preliminary and construction period of 3 years and an operation period of 29 years and 8 months. The total investment in the project is approximately 21.208 billion yuan, with the project's capital ratio at 20%. Upon completion of the operation period, the project assets will be transferred to the government or its designated unit at no cost.
