On December 9, 2023, wise living tec (02481.HK) announced that Mr. Geng Ming has resigned due to reaching retirement age from (i) the company's executive director; (ii) the chairman of the board of directors; (iii) the company's authorized representative according to Listing Rule 3.05; and (iv) the chairman of the board of directors' nomination committee, effective December 9, 2024.
After Mr. Geng's resignation, executive director Mr. Li Baoshan has been promoted to chairman of the board of directors, effective December 9, 2024.
Following Mr. Geng's resignation, Mr. Li has been appointed as the company's authorized representative according to Listing Rule 3.05, effective December 9, 2024.
