Gelonghui, December 9丨HNA Holdings (600221.SH) announced that Jinpeng Airlines is a shareholder of Jinpeng Airlines and its holding subsidiary, Xiangpeng Airlines holds 11.58% of the shares, Xiangpeng Airlines holds 9.95% of the shares, and Hainan Airlines Group, an affiliate of the company, holds 78.47% of the shares. Hainan Airlines Group plans to transfer 6.29% of Jinpeng Airlines' shares to Hainan Airlines Investment Equity Investment Fund Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as “Hainan Airlines Investment”), with a transaction amount of RMB 188,750,000.00. After comprehensively considering the actual situation of Jinpeng Airlines and the company's overall development plan, the company and its subsidiary Xiangpeng Airlines decided to relinquish the priority purchase rights of such shares.
After the transaction is completed, the company, Hainan Airlines Group, Xiangpeng Airlines, and Hainan Airlines Investment will hold 11.58%, 72.18%, 9.95%, and 6.29% of Jinpeng Airlines' shares respectively. The shareholding ratio of the company and Xiangpeng Airlines to Jinpeng Airlines will remain unchanged.
