Unite Service is a company that handles logistics technology business within the Maguchi Group, a comprehensive logistics company consisting of 37 group companies. It has established a nationwide network to provide logistics services regardless of the area and is engaged in the delivery and installation of Consumer Electronics and Furniture focused on major retailers, as well as housing installation work and repair business.
According to ProdiLight, Unite Service has call centers located on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors of its headquarters, and since it would cost about 10 million yen to replace the aging Business phone Switch, the cloud PBX "INNOVERA" was chosen for its high functionality and significant reduction in implementation costs.
With the introduction of "INNOVERA", Unite Service can now make calls from the head office's phone number regardless of location, and the calling phone number can be selected on the terminal, greatly improving call efficiency.
