The Zhitong Finance App learned that CITIC Lyon released a research report stating that the initial target price for the Yangtze River Infrastructure Group (01038) is HK$60, with a rating of “outperforming the market.” The current market price of the stock is equal to 14.8 times the projected price-earnings ratio in 2026, which is the same as its peers. At the same time, it has an attractive dividend rate and continued equity growth, which will bring solid support to the stock price.
The bank pointed out that it is optimistic that it is a prominent global infrastructure investment company, and also has steady free cash flow and a low debt ratio. The bank believes that the regulated return window for the second or third quarter of 2025, increased appetite for mergers and acquisitions, and the fundamental factors of having good returns and strong natural growth in assets, are therefore optimistic about this stock.
