Gelonghui, December 10 | Xuhui Holding Group (00884.HK) announced that in November 2024, the Group recorded (i) contract sales (contract sales with joint ventures and associated companies) amounting to approximately RMB 2.27 billion and a contract sales area of about 204,300 square meters, (ii) the average contract sales price of approximately RMB 11,500 per square meter, and (iii) the contract sales amount attributable to the company's shareholders' equity was approximately RMB 1.08 billion.
From January to November 2024, the Group recorded (i) cumulative contract sales (contract sales with joint ventures and associated companies) of approximately RMB 31.28 billion and a contract sales area of approximately RMB 2,584,100 square meters; (ii) the average contract sales price of approximately RMB 12,600 per square meter; and (iii) the contract sales amount attributable to the company's shareholders' equity of approximately RMB 15.18 billion.
