The exterior estimation system of "LIXIL Business Information" is linked with the cloud property management system "OPEN EX".
Seamlessly realized from estimation to order and confirmation of delivery date.
LIXIL Corporation (hereinafter referred to as LIXIL) has started the integration of the cloud property management system "OPEN EX" developed by Unimat Ric Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, President: Masayuki Komatsu, hereinafter referred to as Unimat Ric) and the estimation system of "LIXIL Business Information" starting from December 10, 2024.
In the exterior industry, issues such as long working hours to comply with deadlines, labor shortages, and aging populations are serious challenges. In addition to construction, there are many issues in meetings and administrative processing, particularly the slow adaptation to digital technology and the inefficiency of order placement and receipt.
To address these problems, Unimat Ric launched the cloud property management system "OPEN EX" in December 2023 to promote DX that fits the operations of the exterior industry, and has been enhancing its features.
Furthermore, to streamline the business flow, after selecting products in the "LIXIL Business Information" estimation system (GSH Commodity ETF detail extraction system) and outputting the form, by choosing "Estimation Detail CSV" and importing it into "OPEN EX," which manages property information, data linkage has become possible, enabling seamless usage from estimation to order placement and delivery confirmation.

About OPEN EX
A one-stop solution from ordering exterior building materials to delivery response.
Exterior retail shops and specialty stores can place orders for exterior products through OPEN EX. Additionally, since the delivery responses from the supplier can be confirmed, it eliminates the need to inquire via phone, fax, or email, and simultaneously prevents mistakes.
For exterior building material wholesalers, accurate order information arrives from retail shops, which helps to prevent mistakes such as specification errors, and reduces losses.
More convenience through collaboration with RIKCAD.
These functions can be used even with OPEN EX alone, but if there is a drawing data created with RIKCAD, product data can be imported into OPEN EX from that drawing. This further achieves time savings and reduces mistakes.
Collaboration with the estimation service.
After selecting products in the estimation system (GSH product detail retrieval system) of "LIXIL Business Information", by choosing "Estimation Detail CSV" when outputting forms and importing it into "OPEN EX", data linkage is enabled, allowing seamless usage from estimation to ordering and delivery confirmation without the need for re-entry.
