JHM announces that its 52% owned subsidiary, JHM Dekai Auto Lighting Sdn. Bhd. had secured contracts from Perusahaan Otomobil Nasional Sdn. Bhd. for the supply of parts for specific Proton car models to Proton.
The supply of parts it said is expected to commence in the late third quarter of 2025 and will continue for five years. The total estimated value of the contract is approximately RM300 million for the abovementioned duration.
The group said the contract will not have any effect on the share capital and shareholding structure and is expected to contribute to the earnings over a period of five years commencing from the financial year ending 2025.
