On December 10, Gelonghui reported that Ningbo Jifeng Auto Parts (603997.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Ningbo Jifeng Seats (Hefei) recently received a "Point Notification Letter" from a customer. Ningbo Jifeng Seats (Hefei) has been designated for the seat assembly project of a leading OEM (name cannot be disclosed due to confidentiality agreement) and will develop and produce front seat assembly products for the customer. According to the customer’s plan, mass production of this project is expected to start in August 2025, with a project lifecycle of 5 years and an estimated total amount over the lifecycle of 0.74 billion yuan.
The newly acquired project is a new designation from the original customer for its new model. The company has once again been awarded the project designation by the original customer, reflecting the customer's recognition of the capabilities demonstrated by the company during the cooperation process and the services provided. Meanwhile, the continuous accumulation of orders creates conditions for the company to achieve economies of scale in future production.
