On December 10, 2023, YEE HOP HLDGS (01662.HK) announced that its indirect non-wholly owned subsidiary, Guangzhou Zhichun Environment Co., Ltd. ("Guangzhou Zhichun"), has signed an exclusive procurement contract with Jieke Biotechnology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. ("Jieke Shanghai") on December 10, 2024. According to this contract, Jieke Shanghai appoints Guangzhou Zhichun as its sole supplier of personal protective and disinfection products used on aircraft. The procurement contract is effective for three years from its date.
