Gelonghui, December 10th丨Lifecome Biochemistry (002868.SZ) announced that on December 9, 2024, the fifth Board of Directors held its eighth (temporary) meeting and the fifth Supervisory Board held its seventh meeting, reviewing and passing the proposal on "Selling Part of the Shares of Pucheng Rural Credit Cooperative". To improve the asset structure, optimize the quality of the company's external investments, and enhance the company's sustainable operation capability, the Board of Directors agreed to transfer 9.7768% of the shares it holds in Pucheng Rural Credit Cooperative (hereinafter referred to as "Pucheng Rural Credit") to Fujian Putan Thermal Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Putan Thermal Energy"), at a transfer price of 23.27 million yuan. The company has commissioned Silver Credit Asset Appraisal Co., Ltd. to evaluate the shares proposed for sale, with the book value of the evaluation object at 19.3935 million yuan, and the valuation at 23.2722 million yuan, resulting in a value increase rate of 20.00%. This trade still requires approval from financial regulatory authorities, and after the trade is completed, the company will no longer hold shares in Pucheng Rural Credit.
