In recent years, as the disclosure of human capital has become increasingly important, the company is working to deepen its understanding of human capital first in order to support customer management of human capital as a "corporate doctor (next-generation management consultant) group" for small and medium-sized enterprises. In December 2023, it obtained certification from HC Produce for the guidelines on information disclosure regarding human capital, "ISO 30414," and published the "Human Capital Report 2023" summarizing its initiatives based on that certification. This fiscal year, the "Human Capital Report 2024" was published, further enhancing the contents of the diversity promotion and ESG data book.
