On December 11, Gelonghui reported that Chengda Pharmaceutical (301201.SZ) announced that as of the date of this announcement, the company has cumulatively repurchased a total of 3,244,700 shares through a dedicated securities account for share buybacks via centralized bidding transactions, accounting for 2.10% of the company's current total equity (calculated based on the current total equity of 154,713,824 shares). The highest Fill Price was 22.21 yuan/share, the lowest Fill Price was 14.63 yuan/share, and the total amount of the transaction was 57,061,614.15 yuan (excluding transaction fees).
