As disclosed in the announcement, the hearing was originally scheduled to be postponed to December 11, 2024, at the High Court of Hong Kong. At the hearing, upon the petitioner's request, the High Court ordered to further postpone the hearing of the petition to February 5, 2025.
The company is currently engaged in friendly negotiations with the petitioner for a settlement regarding the petition and has reached a preliminary consensus on a settlement plan with the petitioner.
