Gelonghui, December 11th丨Shenzhen Zhaowei Machinery & Electronics (003021.SZ) announced that at the seventh meeting of the third Board of Directors and the seventh meeting of the third Supervisory Board, held on December 11, 2024, the resolution on "Using Own Funds for Cash Management" was approved. In order to make reasonable use of temporarily idle self-owned funds and without affecting normal production and operation, the company plans to use an amount not exceeding 2 billion yuan (including this amount) of idle self-owned funds for cash management. The above funds are valid for 12 months from the date the Shareholders' Meeting approves it. During the validity period of the above amount and resolution, Business can be conducted in a cyclical manner. This proposal also needs to be submitted to the company's Shareholders' Meeting for review.
