Kanzhun-W (02076.HK) reported a 26.5% increase in operating profit for the third quarter, with a 30.0% increase in monthly active users.

On December 11, Gelonghui announced that Kanzhun (02076.HK) reported an income of 1,911.6 million yuan for the third quarter of 2024, an increase of 19.0% compared to 1,606.6 million yuan in the same quarter of 2023. The operating profit for the third quarter was 330.2 million yuan, up 26.5% from 261 million yuan in the same quarter of 2023.

As of September 30, 2024, the total number of paid enterprise customers was 6 million, an increase of 22.4% from 4.9 million in the 12 months ending September 30, 2023.

The average monthly active users for the third quarter of 2024 were 58 million, up 30.0% from 44.6 million in the same quarter of 2023.

The company currently expects total revenue for the fourth quarter of 2024 to be between 1.795 billion yuan and 1.81 billion yuan, representing a year-on-year increase of 13.6% to 14.6%.

The company's founder, chairman, and CEO Mr. Zhao Peng stated, "The overall recruitment market environment in the third quarter remains challenging. The company's focus on growth engine strategies continues to yield positive results. Strong user growth, good enterprise customer retention, and stable ARPPU (average revenue per paid enterprise customer) all demonstrate the resilience of our business model under adverse conditions, as well as the sustainability of our commercialization model. Our commitment to shareholder returns, along with ongoing Share Buyback efforts, also reflects management's strong confidence in the company's long-term growth."

The company's Chief Financial Officer Mr. Zhang Yu added, "In the third quarter, we achieved solid financial performance, with revenue increasing by 19.0% year-on-year, and net income reached a quarterly historical high. Our cost structure remained stable, while achieving a 30.0% year-on-year growth in monthly active users, indicating an improvement in marketing efficiency. As we continue to focus on sustainable cost control, the inherent strong operational leverage within our business model will further enhance our profitability in the coming quarters."
