The Board of Directors further announced that after recommendations from the audit committee, it has resolved to appoint Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Certified Public Accountants Limited as the new auditor of the company, effective from December 11, 2024, to fill the temporary vacancy left by Ernst & Young's resignation, and it is expected that Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu will serve until the conclusion of the company's upcoming Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
