$BOSS ZHIPIN-W (02076.HK)$: Revenue for the third quarter was RMB 1.9116 billion, up 19.0% year over year. Net profit was approximately 0.464 billion yuan, up 8.9% year over year. Adjusted net profit was approximately $0.739 billion, up 3.5% year over year.

According to the announcement, the total number of paying corporate customers for the 12 months ended September 30, 2024 was 6 million, an increase of 22.4% over the previous year. The average monthly active users in the third quarter was 58 million, an increase of 30.0% year over year.

$CPIC (02601.HK)$: In the previous 11 months, the cumulative original insurance premium income received through Pacific Life was 228.842 billion yuan, an increase of 2.2% over the previous year; the cumulative original insurance premium income of Pacific Financial Insurance was 187.033 billion yuan, an increase of 7.0% over the previous year.

Little Vegetable Garden (00999): The offering is expected to be listed on December 20 from December 12 to December 17.

$BAIC MOTOR (01958.HK)$: BAIC Motor and Hyundai Motor will jointly inject approximately US$1.095 billion into Beijing Hyundai.

According to the announcement, BAIC and Hyundai Motor agreed to jointly inject about 1.095 billion US dollars into Beijing Hyundai, and the two sides each invested about 0.548 billion US dollars. Funding will be carried out in instalments. Based on the “China for the world” development strategy, Beijing Hyundai will rapidly achieve new energy and intelligent transformation through its own system capabilities, shareholders' new energy technology support, and resource advantages, and launch more products to meet the needs of Chinese consumers; and continue to expand its export scale in the international market.
