Gelonghui December 12丨Guanshi Technology (605588.SH) announced that Mr. Zhang Jianwei, the controlling shareholder and actual controller of the company, signed a “Share Transfer Agreement” with Zhang Aoxing. Mr. Zhang Jianwei plans to transfer his 3,700,000 unrestricted tradable shares (accounting for 5.03% of the company's total share capital) to Mr. Zhang Aoxing at a price of 41.09 yuan per share. The shares transferred under this agreement were obtained before the IPO. After the transfer of this agreement is completed, the transferee Zhang Aoxing will become the shareholder holding more than 5% of the company's shares, and will not reduce his transferred shares within six months after the transfer. This change in equity does not affect the proposed acquisition, will not lead to changes in the controlling shareholders and actual controllers of the company, and will not have a significant impact on the company's governance structure and continuous operation.
