On December 12, Gelonghui announced that SHISHI SERVICES (08181.HK) has released a statement indicating that the company and its auditor, Zhonghui Anda CPA Limited (“Zhonghui Anda”), failed to reach an agreement on the audit fees for the financial year ending March 31, 2025. Zhonghui Anda has resigned as the company's auditor, effective December 12, 2024.
Upon the recommendation of the audit committee, Peking Xinghua Dingfeng CPA Limited (“Peking Xinghua”) has been appointed as the company's auditor, effective December 12, 2024, to fill the temporary vacancy left by Zhonghui Anda's resignation, for a term until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting of shareholders.
