Gelonghui, December 12th丨Chongqing Department Store (600729.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, JiuZhangKaiWu, is expanding the sales channels for its own Technology product, the "CaiShuTong System" Software, to improve market visibility and enhance product competitiveness, collaborating with Duodian Company for Software sales. JiuZhangKaiWu has authorized Duodian Company as the Dealer for the "CaiShuTong System" Software products and services, purchasing and selling JiuZhangKaiWu's "CaiShuTong System" Software products and services. JiuZhangKaiWu and Duodian Company have signed an "Authorization Dealer Agreement for 'CaiShuTong' Products and Services."
The cooperation period between JiuZhangKaiWu and Duodian Company is: from the date of signing the agreement until December 31, 2028. It is expected that by the end of 2025, the amount of related transactions from Duodian Company's procurement of JiuZhangKaiWu's "CaiShuTong System" Software products and services will be 5 million yuan. The amount of related transactions occurring in 2026 and subsequent years will be estimated through daily related transactions.
