Since independent non-executive director Feng Dai will expire six years as an independent director of the company, he can no longer serve as an independent director of the company. According to this, Feng Dai has informed the board of directors that he will step down as an independent non-executive director of the 3rd board of directors and chairman or member of certain board committees.
Following a review of relevant recommendations and qualification by the company's nomination committee, the board of directors recommended nominating Leng Xuesong as an independent non-executive director candidate for the 3rd board of directors.
