On December 12th, Gelonghui reported that Wuhan Raycus Fiber Laser Technologies (300747.SZ) announced that its controlling shareholder, Aerospace Sanjiang, intends to provide the company with a third tranche of state-owned funding support of 90 million yuan for high-performance laser original technology research and industrialization projects. As the company currently has no plans for capital increase or expansion, Aerospace Sanjiang will allocate the aforementioned special state-owned funds to the company through entrusted loans via its affiliate, Aerospace Science and Industry Finance Company. Regarding the entrusted loan matter, the company intends to sign a "Trust Loan Agreement" with Aerospace Sanjiang and Aerospace Science and Industry Finance Company, with an interest rate of 1.8% and a loan term of one year. The company, as the borrowing unit of the entrusted loan, intends to provide buildings as collateral to Aerospace Sanjiang. This related-party transaction does not constitute a major asset reorganization as defined by the "Administrative Measures for Major Asset Restructuring of Listed Companies."
