The Board of Directors has resolved to appoint Boshun Certified Public Accountants Limited as the auditors for the Group, effective from December 12, 2024, to fill the temporary vacancy caused by the resignation of Jiuan, and will remain until the company's annual general meeting of shareholders concludes.
