In recent news, HAICHANG HLDG announced that its cultural and tourism project, Peking HAICHANG HLDG, has recently launched a general contractor bidding process, marking the entry of this project into a substantial construction phase. Reportedly, Peking HAICHANG HLDG is located adjacent to Beijing's Tongzhou District, near Universal Studios Beijing, with a planned total area of approximately 0.15 million square meters, expected to open in 2027, and will be developed in partnership with the Beijing Tongzhou Urban Construction and Operation Group.
At the beginning of this month, the company also announced that it had entered into a non-binding indicative term sheet with an industrial fund, which plans to subscribe to HAICHANG HLDG's issuance of 0.1 billion USD convertible Bonds.
