Mr. Tang requested to resign from his position due to personal reasons. According to relevant laws and regulations as well as the provisions of the "Articles of Association", Mr. Tang's resignation will take effect from the date it is delivered to the Board of Directors. After resigning, Mr. Tang will no longer hold any position in the company.
