On December 13, Gelonghui reported that Greentech Environmental Co., Ltd. (688466.SH) announced that by the end of the third quarter of 2024, the profit distribution will be based on the total share capital after deducting the shares held in the repurchase account on the established equity distribution registration date. The profit distribution plan is as follows: the company intends to distribute a cash dividend of RMB 4.10 (including tax) for every 10 shares to all Shareholders. As of the announcement date, the company had a total share capital of 123,119,025 shares, of which 964,873 shares held in the repurchase account will not participate in this profit distribution.
