(Future Artificial Intelligence), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, and Mirissa Industrial Operation (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (Mirissa) signed a non-legally binding letter of intent (cooperation) relating to data-related businesses in the field of big health.
Mirissa plans to establish a new Big Health Data Operation Center in Luohu, Shenzhen, China. The Company and Mirissa plan to cooperate to process big health data in Luohu to conduct business in the following fields:
(a) Big health data management: Through the collection and collation of data in the field of big health, high-performance computing of end user data is provided through algorithm models and AI intelligent analysis systems, so as to quickly provide end users with scientific suggestions in the field of big health.
(b) Artificial intelligence data enabling services: To provide customers with services and applications integrated with artificial intelligence application systems and algorithm applications created by Mirissa, involving a series of data analysis systems in the fields of human medicine, chronic disease management, genetic screening, and skin management. The artificial intelligence application platform will continue to integrate more algorithm applications to provide customers with more services in the field of health.
(c) Based on the company's project experience in the Korean market, we use the support of Mirissa's data technology resources and mathematical models of various algorithms to promote the application of big health data, so as to further develop strategic cooperation in various fields such as data management, digital model construction, and application of artificial intelligence algorithms.
