(002420.SZ) announced that in order to meet the daily Operating needs of its subsidiary, the company held the 16th meeting of the sixth Board of Directors on December 13, 2024, to review and approve the proposal for increasing capital to its wholly-owned subsidiary, Wuhu Echom Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Wuhu Echom"). It is planned to increase capital by 80 million yuan using self-owned funds, with cash contribution as the way of capital increase. After the capital increase is completed, Wuhu Echom's registered capital will increase from 180 million yuan to 260 million yuan, and Wuhu Echom will remain a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
