On December 13, 2023, Tibet GaoZheng Explosive (002827.SZ) announced that it held the fourth meeting of the fourth Board of Directors and the third meeting of the fourth Supervisory Board, reviewing and approving the "Proposal on the Completion of Fundraising Investment Projects and the Permanent Supplementation of Working Capital with Surplus Raised Funds." The company's fundraising investment project "Hazardous Goods Transportation Project" has reached the predetermined usable status. To reasonably allocate funds and improve the efficiency of the use of raised funds, the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board agreed to conclude this project and permanently supplement working capital with the surplus raised funds of 5.765139 million yuan (including interest and financial management income, the specific amount is subject to the actual balance of the special account at the time of transfer).
