DR Horton Acquires Additional Land to Grow Booming Subdivision, Silverado

AUBREY, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Davidson Bogel Real Estate ("DB2RE") is pleased to announce an additional phase to DR Horton's master-planned community, Silverado. The homebuilder purchased 32 adjacent acres for an additional phase.



The property is located at the northwest corner of McNatt Road and Frontier Parkway in Aubrey, TX. The land was owned by Bartel Transportation, who has utilized the property for mining and transportation of rock, sand, gravel, and select fill. Brad Chilcoat with Davidson Bogel Real Estate represented the purchaser, DR Horton. The 32 acre acquisition is slated for 139 single-family lots, and a 3 acre commercial corner at the intersection of McNatt & Frontier.
