On December 16, Guolonghui reported that Sanyuan Biological (301206.SZ) held the fourth meeting of the fifth Board of Directors and the fourth meeting of the fifth Supervisory Board on December 16, 2024. The meetings reviewed and approved the proposal regarding the completion of certain fundraising investment projects and the permanent supplement of surplus fundraising funds to working capital. It was agreed to conclude the fundraising investment project "Annual production of 50,000 tons of erythritol and technology center project" and permanently supplement the surplus fundraising funds of 352.2712 million yuan (including outstanding contractual payments, warranty funds, and interest and cash management income from collected or receivable amounts, subject to the special account balance on the date of fund transfer) for daily business activities, while canceling the relevant dedicated fundraising accounts. The expected outstanding payments for the fundraising project (including unpaid contract balances, warranty funds, etc.) will subsequently be paid using the company’s own funds.
