George Kent Secures Kwasa Land Job Worth RM45.5 Million

George Kent (Malaysia) Berhad announced that it has been awarded the contract for the proposed construction, completion, testing and commissioning of suction tank, pump house, water reservoir, 11kV switching station unit, and all associated works at Kwasa Damansara Township Development in Sungai Buloh, Selangor.

The contract, valued at RM45.5 million, was awarded by Kwasa Land Sdn Bhd with work scheduled to commence in January 2025, with the target completion date set for July 2027.

The Group has a substantial tender book and is delighted that this is the second project win this month.

Commenting on this achievement, Tan Sri Dato' Tan Kay Hock, Executive Chairman of George Kent said: "We are honoured to be entrusted with this significant project in Kwasa Land. This award reflects our ability to deliver innovative and reliable solutions for infrastructure development. We look forward to contribute to the success of Kwasa Damansara and support its growth as a vibrant urban township."
