Objective: To establish a technology company integrating back-end nuclide extraction and separation, radioactive source preparation, isotope product development, processing, sales, and waste source recycling to achieve resource utilization of radioactive waste, fill gaps in domestic isotope production, and form a complementary isotope technology product supply pattern with domestic peers.
Gansu Hongye is a specialized company established by the 404 Company in conjunction with a local government investment platform to extract radioactive isotope products using high-emission waste liquid treatment liquid generated during the spent fuel post-treatment process as raw materials. After production is put into operation, it will be the only supplier of spent fuel post-treatment isotopes in China. The “Investment Agreement” was established to establish Gansu Hongye, which is conducive to industrialized application of spent fuel isotope extraction technology and utilization of high-emission waste liquid resources, and reduces the risk of sources of isotope-related raw materials in China.
