On December 16, Gelonghui reported that Aoya Co., Ltd. (300949.SZ) held the sixth meeting of the fourth Board of Directors and the fifth meeting of the fourth Supervisory Board on December 16, 2024, reviewing and passing the proposal on the completion of some fundraising investment projects and permanently supplementing working capital with the remaining raised funds. The completion of the 'Technical Research and Development Center Expansion Project' was approved, and it is proposed to transfer the remaining raised funds of 10.133 million yuan (the specific amount shall be based on the actual amount after interest calculation at the bank on the transfer date) into the company’s general account for the purpose of permanently supplementing working capital. Any remaining contractual payments for the fundraising investment projects will be paid entirely with the company's own funds.
