Yihe Holdings (00838) announced that on December 16, 2024, Yida (Macau Offshore Business Services) Co., Ltd. (borrower), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, confirmed acceptance of the UOB financing agreement, which included specific performance responsibilities for the controlling shareholder.
Under one of UOB's financing agreements, UOB agreed to provide the borrower with a total principal amount of up to HK$70 million in trade finance and revolving commercial loan financing.
Under another UOB financing agreement, UOB agreed to provide the borrower with a term loan of up to HK$0.23 billion.
