Strengthening the "selling power" of remodeling salespeople through the latest subsidy information dissemination via "L-Pocket."
LIXIL Corporation (hereinafter referred to as LIXIL) has introduced a function to provide the latest subsidy information in a timely manner within the applications "L-Pocket" and "L-Pocket Lite" aimed at salespeople in the renovation industry.
The "L-Pocket" is a digital tool developed to support the sales activities and streamline operations of businesses involved in renovations, allowing for easy access to necessary information for sales, such as product information, proposal materials, and videos on renovation knowledge. In response to the large subsidies for the housing energy-saving campaign in the Supplementary Budget Plan for Fiscal Year 2024, which was decided by the Cabinet on November 29, 2024, a feature was added to disseminate the latest subsidy information in a timely manner. With rapid information provision, salespeople can utilize the latest subsidy systems when proposing renovations to clients, thereby supporting more attractive proposals.
The subsidy information content provided by "L-Pocket" comprehensively covers the latest renovation-related subsidy systems offered by national and local governments, utilizing push notifications and news functions to allow salespeople to quickly access information. Additionally, tools for proposing subsidies to clients (flyers, simulations) are available, enabling proposals that include economic benefits.
"L-Pocket" will continue to enhance its functionalities and services to support the sales activities of businesses involved in renovations.
■ About "L-Pocket" and "L-Pocket Lite Version"
"L-Pocket" is an app and website launched in November 2020 for members of the LIXIL Renovation Shop and registered LIXIL Renovation Network stores. It provides content necessary for sales activities and operational efficiency to strengthen the proposal capabilities of renovation salespeople and enhance their understanding of LIXIL products and renovation knowledge. In May 2024, a "L-Pocket Lite Version" was released for businesses other than LIXIL Renovation Shop members and registered LIXIL Renovation Network stores. While it is a limited version of "L-Pocket," it provides services to timely obtain information from LIXIL.
