1. Business Overview

As an independent system integrator, the company is developing a system development business (providing comprehensive services from system planning proposals, development, construction, and operation) and an infrastructure security service business (providing IT infrastructure solutions and security services centrally), and is also actively utilizing M&A to expand its business.

The operating subsidiary SIG is developing system development and infrastructure security services, Y.C.O. provides construction/operation support for management business systems such as financial accounting systems centered on independent administrative agencies, national universities, and public service corporations, and Act Information Services develops systems development and system engineering services centered on NEC ＜6701＞. UI Solutions, which was consolidated from the 2025/3 fiscal year, has developed system development, construction, and operation (about 70% of sales is infrastructure security service business, and about 30% is system development business), and has been certified as an Excel partner by Hitachi Solutions Co., Ltd. Also, A Creation, which is scheduled to become a wholly owned subsidiary in 2025/3, is developing systems development, maintenance, and operation, and is particularly focused on sales support systems for pharmaceutical companies, system development for EC sites, and embedded software development.

The changes in sales and composition ratios by business for the past 4 periods (fiscal year ending March 31, 2021 to fiscal year ending 2024/3) and the interim period ending 2025/3 are as follows. The sales composition ratio is generally over 70% for the system development business and over 20% for the infrastructure security service business. In the fiscal year ended 2024/3, the system development business was 75.3%, and the infrastructure security service business was 24.7%. The system development business was 68.1% and the infrastructure security service business was 31.9% in the mid-term of the 2025/3 fiscal year. The composition ratio of the infrastructure security service business increased due to the new consolidation of UI Solutions.

2. System development business

In addition to government offices and local governments, the system development business provides comprehensive services for various industries and fields such as service, manufacturing, distribution, finance, etc., from planning proposals to hardware/software selection and system development/construction/operation according to the customer's business content/purpose. In particular, we have a wealth of development experience and know-how over many years in the following fields.

1) Development of systems for the public works sector

Personnel payroll systems for government ordinance-designated cities, mutual aid and pension systems, system development related to national health insurance, etc.

2) Development of embedded systems for industrial robots

Design/development/maintenance of production line control systems and production planning/management systems for electronic component mounting devices, system development support for semiconductor manufacturing equipment, etc.

3) Development of telematics services that provide various information to in-vehicle devices using mobile communication technology

Communication systems between on-board units and data centers in next-generation information provision services for major automobile manufacturers that combine communication (telecommunications) and information processing (informatics), system development for web services for contractors, etc.

4) Development of an automatic certificate issuing machine system for education

Development of an automatic certificate issuing machine system with certificate application, issuance, and various payment functions to support the efficiency of university administration systems, development of automatic certificate issuing machines compatible with Individual Number Cards for the digitalization of campuses, etc.

5) Support for system development related to the energy sector

Development support/maintenance of reception/delivery systems for power transmission and distribution operators in connection with power liberalization in 2016/4, construction of PoC (Proof of Concept) HMI (Human Machine Interface) for power generation companies, etc.

6) Support for system development related to real estate-related business

Development of document management systems to improve the efficiency of contract-related documents (contracts, important matter manuals, etc.) in the real estate industry.

7) Development support for internet service providers

Development, maintenance, and operation of systems associated with various services for corporations and individuals provided by internet service providers, development support for 5G-compatible next-generation brands, application development related to security enhancement measures for cloud services, etc.

8) Support for system development related to Fintech (a neologism of Finance and Technology) developed by IT companies in the financial field

Development support for life insurance sales support systems, etc.
