This foundation reflects VENU's deep-rooted commitment to nurturing talent, creating shared experiences that unite communities together, and championing initiatives that bring vibrancy to the cities where VENU plants roots.
The mission of Venu Arts and Culture Foundation centers on supporting local talent and enhancing access to the arts through community concerts and events, scholarships and grants (now open for application), educational workshops, and unique fundraising events. Through these initiatives, the foundation will cultivate an inclusive environment that encourages creative expression and inspires future generations of artists and musicians. Through partnerships and fundraising, the foundation proudly contributes to charities and programs that unite people and cultivate lasting cultural vibrancy within communities.
The new foundation is guided by a dedicated board of directors, including Chloe Hoeft (Board President), Tobin Kern (Board Secretary), Heather Atkinson (Board Treasurer), J.W. Roth (Board Chairman), Gary Tedder, Boyd Williams, and Jen Furda. Funding for the foundation's initiatives will come from private donors and revenue generated by VENU's nationwide brands including various restaurants, amphitheaters, and indoor music halls. The foundation has applied for and anticipates obtaining 501(c)(3) status in the near future.
