AmpliTech Group Inc (NASDAQ:AMPG) shares are trading lower by 23.8% to $2.09 during Tuesday's session after the company announced the pricing of a $3.1 million registered direct offering of 1,516,680 shares at $2.10 per share.

The offering is expected to generate approximately $3.1 million in gross proceeds before expenses, with the transaction set to close by December 18, pending standard conditions.

Maxim Group LLC is the exclusive placement agent for the deal.
