On December 18, Gelonghui reported that Yonghui Superstores (601933.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Chongqing Yonghui Superstores Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Chongqing Yonghui") during the trading period from December 3, 2024, to December 17, 2024, sold a total of 67.101287 million shares of Zhongbai Holdings Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongbai Holdings") through centralized bidding, accounting for 9.87% of its equity. The sale amount was approximately 0.44 billion yuan. Before the sale, the company's book value of the corresponding equity in Zhongbai Holdings was 0.279 billion yuan, and the initial investment cost was 0.486 billion yuan (purchase average price - dividends). This sale is expected to increase the investment income for 2024 by approximately 0.161 billion yuan (before deducting related taxes and fees), and the cumulative recognized investment income for the above equity is approximately -0.046 billion yuan.
