CHINARES PHARMA Holdings intends to increase its shareholding in the company through means allowed by securities regulations within six months starting from November 8, 2024. The total number of shares to be acquired (including the shares already acquired) will not be less than 1% of the total share capital (i.e., 5.0424 million shares) and will not exceed 1.2% of the total share capital (i.e., 6.0509 million shares). As of December 18, 2024, CHINARES PHARMA Holdings has cumulatively increased its shareholding by 5,042,400 shares, accounting for 1.0000% of the company's total share capital, and plans to continue increasing its shareholding by no more than 0.2% of the total share capital.
