On December 19, Gelonghui reported that Baosheng Science And Technology Innovation (600973.SH) announced that the "Annual Production of 0.2 Million Tons of Special Polymer Cable Material Project" (referred to as the "Original Fundraising Project") has a total amount of 674.2 million yuan, of which the funds raised for investment amount to 489.1608 million yuan. As of September 30, 2024, 152.4037 million yuan of the raised funds has been used for the Original Fundraising Project. Based on the current actual construction situation and subsequent planning, after careful research by the company, it is proposed to extend the scheduled completion date of the annual production of 0.2 million tons of special polymer cable material project to December 31, 2025. Additionally, according to the company's overall plan, the company plans to allocate part of the funds from the Original Fundraising Project for the construction of the new project "Large Length and Heavy Weight High Voltage Cable Production and Process Optimization Technology Renovation Project" (referred to as the "New Fundraising Project"), which is expected to投入 the raised funds of 80 million yuan.
