*ST Jiangsu Hagong Intelligent Robot (000584.SZ) announced on December 19 that its wholly-owned subsidiary Nantong Haimen Hagong plans to transfer 40% of its shares in Nantong Zhongnan Hagong Intelligent Robot Industry Development Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhongnan Hagong") to the related party Changze Huiwurun. The actual controller of Changze Huiwurun is the company's Director and General Manager, Shen Jinchang. The pricing for the Trade is based on the asset appraisal report issued by Zhongqin Asset Appraisal Co., Ltd., which values the total equity of Zhongnan Hagong at -0.0085 million yuan. However, both parties confirm that Zhongnan Hagong has the right to recover an investment deposit of 85 million yuan from Jinda Copper Company, with the equity attributable to Hagong Intelligent Robot based on its shareholding ratio amounting to 34 million yuan, which will serve as the basis for the Equity Transfer price.
